Streaming a meeting with OBS Studio
For the clerk or AV staff who run the stream from a computer.
You'll need
- OBS Studio 30 or later
- A channel set up in Clerkcast
- Upload speed of at least twice your bitrate
- Outbound port 1935, or 443 for RTMPS
Streaming a Zoom meeting
Carry a Zoom meeting to your public site, and send live captions back into Zoom.
You'll need
- A Zoom account that allows custom live streaming
- A Zoom account admin to turn it on once
- A channel set up in Clerkcast
Using a hardware encoder or a browser instead? The channel's page in your admin lists the server for each kind of encoder. Ask us if you're not sure which fits your room.
